Banana Face Mask RecipeBananas are best known as one of the most nourishing fruits since they have great quantities of minerals like magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, iodine, and vitamins A, B (folic acid), E, and F, which are great for skin care and anti-aging. Hence it is a better choice to use it for making at home face mask.

 

Ingredients: 1 piece of banana, 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream, 1 tablespoons of honey, 1/2 tablespoon of oat flour.

Method:

1. Finely mash banana, add in all other ingredients and mix evenly to make it become a thick even mixture or paste.

2. Then apply on the face.

3. Let it dry naturally in an airy place, or leave it for about 20-30 minutes.

4. Wash away the mask with warm water.
